Shipping policy

We offer free & fast shipping to multiple countries by partnering up with the best local couriers. Please refer to our estimated shipping times section to get an expected shipping time for our products.

All orders are processed & fulfilled in 1-3 business days. Please use the order tracking page for updates. Our fulfillment partners are doing their best to send the orders quickly as possible! Our estimated shipping times after fulfillment are stated on each product page. 

 

Estimated Shipping Times

USA shipments are expected to be delivered within 1–5 days.

UK - EU shipments are expected to be delivered within 3–7 days.

CA - AUS - NZ shipments are expected to be delivered within 3–8 days.

CH - NO - Rest Of The World shipments are expected to be delivered within 3–10 days. 

Please understand that these shipping times are estimated, and the period starts after the fulfillment process is completed. The usual shipping times are faster, but it can be delayed. We work with third party fulfillment partners located in the USA and China. We are directly working with our fulfillment partners, and they have great systems to check our products one by one for quality control. After the process is completed, they pack the items in our branded packages and ship them safely and directly to our customers. We have great partners that provide our customers a high quality service, and by doing this we can save from warehouse and similar costs. This directly means that we can keep our prices lower than average and give a better deal to our customers.

 

Shipping Destinations

We offer free shipping on all orders. Our extensive logistics network ensures fast delivery to most destinations. Simply proceed to checkout and select your address. Please note that there are a few exceptions where shipping may not be available due to logistical constraints. As long as your country is available to select at checkout, we can ship to your desired address.

 

Late Delivery & Delays In Shipping Period

We provide refunds of up to 50% of your order total for delays exceeding our promised delivery timeframe. Our team proactively reviews and processes eligible refunds, but if you believe your order is delayed beyond the stated period, feel free to contact us. We’ll ensure your refund is processed promptly, no questions asked.
